In the construction of Qingdao Holiday-in Hotel, the workmanships such as large formwork of steel frame, floor platform formwork, scaffold wholly lifted, rebar connecting, floor slab post-tension without felting pre-stressing, big span of formwork in air, concrete transfer for super-high building floor ( pumping height 153m ), big span net structure construction etc. In the construction of the office building for Tianjin Port, the high efficiency concrete techniques were adopted; they are post- casting concrete for the concrete pile, pre-cast concrete, equalizing shrinking-concrete, water- proofing concrete, HRB400 grade cold- rolling steel bar, large formwork, formwork early-dismantling system, suspending scaffold, application of water-proofing bitumen and method of hot-melting techniques. In the construction of the office building of the First Navigational Engineering Bureau, the new technique of connecting the thread-steel, large steel formwork, supporting the pile driven into the deep ground and lifting scaffold by hydraulic elevator were applied.
